Terms

The Cottage has a five person occupancy limit.

We do not allow pets of any kind and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The Cottage at Heron Cove is rented during our peak season on a weekly basis only. The cottage must be reserved in advance with a refundable Reservation/Security deposit, with guests arriving on Saturday after 3:00 PM and departing the following Saturday before 10:00 AM.

Securing The Cottage

A $300 refundable Reservation/Security deposit is required now to secure your requested dates..

Your $300 Reservation/Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure based on a satisfactory inspection of the cottage.

Please contact us for available dates. The receipt of your deposit will confirm your reservation.

Rates

Rates are based on $275 a night during the week and $275 on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

Rates below do not include the refundable $300

***SPECIAL DISCOUNT: Your rental cost for seven nights is reduced from $1925 TO $1750 plus tax.

Cost for 7 nights during our peak season
$1750.00	7 nights
$192.50	Taxes
$139.00*	Cleaning fee/ unless self clean

*Refundable if cottage is cleaned by you and ready for the next guest.

• The total above with tax comes to $2077.50 ($1942.50 if you clean The Cottage  and it is left in the same condition you found it in before leaving).
• Linens/towels not provided – guest must provide their own linens and towels 
• TOTAL is due in US dollars, paid by personal check, one month in advance of your arrival.
• This payment is in addition to the $300.00 refundable security/booking deposit (outlined above) required to secure The Cottage.
• Personal checks are preferred
• PayPal required for reservations outside the U.S.A or bookings less than one month from arrival date.
  

REMEMBER: If you clean the cottage before you leave – the total cost for 7 nights is reduced to $1942.50 after your deposit is returned.
